You have the right to request deletion of your Winny Speaking account and all associated personal data. This page explains how to do so.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account and data, send an email to hi@winnyspeaking.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:

• The email address associated with your account.
• A brief confirmation that you want all data deleted.

What Gets Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove:

• Your account profile and authentication credentials.
• All practice sessions and feedback data.
• Any organisational association records tied to your account.

Retention Exceptions

Certain records may be retained beyond deletion if required by law or for fraud prevention purposes. Where we retain data, we will inform you of the retention period and the legal basis.

Processing Time

We will process your request within 30 days of verification and confirm by email when deletion is complete.
