2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
3. Service description
Winny Speaking provides speaking practice tools, transcript generation, AI-assisted feedback, and progress insights. The service is for educational and self-improvement use and does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our services, violate laws, infringe others' rights, upload harmful content, or attempt unauthorized access to systems.
5. User content
You keep ownership of your recordings and inputs. You grant us a limited license to process this content to operate and improve service features, subject to our Privacy Policy.
6. Subscriptions and purchases
Some features may be offered on paid plans in the future. If paid iOS plans are offered, purchases, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple App Store rules. We do not process full card data directly.
7. Third-party services
We rely on third-party providers (such as cloud, analytics, and identity services). Their terms may also apply to your use of those integrations.
8. Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or guaranteed outcomes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winny Speaking EOOD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use.
10. Changes to service and terms
We may update service features and these Terms over time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
